I’m going to make 2 small cuts either side of the stitching to insert the foam and then it’s a case of stitching then both up .

Hey Dave! The cod is spot on and we’re good with it. The bund and belt fitment are still causing a bit of consternation. It looks like you took these pics during a troop and your bund is slipping below your chest armor and under your belt. In order to keep this from happening you can add some Velcro to your vest to hold it tight. When you get a chance we’ll need one more photo showing your bund sitting on the belt.

The rest of your punch list is good so we’ll just need to see your belt and bund properly positioned. Outstanding work and we look forward to your pic!

Yes a rushed photo at a troop, I just had it taken and thought I would show the cod .

I will take my time in the next kitting up and make sure everything is in position .

Thanks guys

Key areas I’ve focussed on are

The cod as smooth and as crumple free as I can .

Belt and bund is not tucked in just resting on the belt .

Bund , pouches and armour all resting correctly .

Hi Dave, do you have a higher resolution photo? Or a link to a higher resolution photo via dropbox? The one you posted is fairly small and hard to see any detail.
