  11. Test fit, will need to tighten some of the elastic straps. Helmet needs a harness or tactical foam. Cummerbund needs altering and tea bath. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  16. Weathering the helmet. Prep surfaces react differently from unprepared ABS. The splash and wipe off method doesn’t work well. After wiping off So I have to work in small areas of the helmet and slowly blend them together Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. I get what you mean. To prevent slipping, the straps are webbing non elastic. I loop them back into the 3 rung belt loop to prevent them from slipping. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  21. Realized I got the cummerbund on upside down. Will add Velcro for the cod piece, and a pair to “tilt” the pouches. Gonna finish mounting the hip drop boxes later today. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
