So I'm coming from being quite familiar with TK builds. Looking to start on my TB soon. I noticed with a lot of builds on here that most use strictly velcro to velcro. No snaps are really used. Is there a reason for that? Especially with the shoulder bells and front/rear plates. Is it just easier to adjust with velcro or? The thing I love about snaps is you can set it and forget it. I'd like to know your thoughts.

Awesome buckets! -
Thanks Corey!

Anyone have these? Wonder if these will pass Lancer? I have their TK boots and they're great quality. https://www.imperial...er-scout-boots/ Also, when riveting the holster, do any of you use any kind of material to support the holes from tearing or anything?

The t-strap needs to be a tie strap if you're going for Lancer though correct? How big exactly should that white bridge be?

What kind of storage bin do you guys use to store all of your Biker armor with helmet? I'm thinking of ordering one of these...should be sufficient I think? https://www.walmart.com/ip/Sterilite-40-Gal-151-L-Wheeled-Industrial-Tote-Black/48194359

Cod strap attaches to where in the back?

Thanks guys! -
I've looked and looked and even in a lot of build threads and see nothing. The strap coming from the cod going to the rear, (I call it the g-string..haha) where does that attach to? Is it snapped onto the belt? Is it velcro'd to the butt flap?

Because there are so many variations of white, what are the shade differences with these armors? Have any mixed/match armor/helmets with different vendors? -
Thanks guys!

Anyone know where/who I can buy a vest from?

Ok cool...good to know. Thanks for the feedback! Is the LW helmet full ABS? I just hope the new Strider/LW helmet has a fairly speedy turnaround. MC just happens to have an extra armor ready to go which is another big reason I'm considering it. But eesh if it yellows and becomes brittle...yucky. But doesn't all ABS have that potential? Or is it because theirs isn't as thick?

Hey guys, I'm a bit of a noob to the TB world. Looking for TB armor/helmet and I've narrowed it down to Moncal's or Strider's new upcoming armor/helmet. I know Moncal has been known to have poor response times but they're in the US which is where I am as well. I'm sure Strider's new armor is awesome too, but they're in the UK. Moncal's helmet is part fiberglass/ABS. Not sure about the new Lonewolf helmet though. Wanted your feedback/thoughts on both of these. To me, they both look pretty awesome.

Sorry to hear that. There should be a thread on here for vetted vendors and 'stay away from' vendors to prevent this going forward.

How did you get the helmet? Did you get it all in pieces?

Awesome list and comparisons. Is there a list of contact info for these vendors?
