this is helping me placing the decals on my SC tank as well.. I noticed the faint guidelines on the tank myself but I wasn't sure about them.. lets have a closer look this weekend :-)!

hahah no worries Craig! everyone is building his own way, own speed..:-) yeah, it is gonna be a T-velcro and I am attaching the cloth so I have the shoulderwrap and the T-velcro in one piece ;-)

Glued my tank on the backarmor with 2 component epoxy glue and it holds like a charm! Also used a rivet on the bottom of the tank to secure it. Now I need to sew all straps and put on the decals.. Almost finished Verzonden vanaf mijn iPhone met Tapatalk

After directions and feedback of Chunk I came to the conclusion I don't have to trim at all, i did a retest and all suits fine!!! YES!! Finally have some time of this weekend so hope to make some big progress!! Verzonden vanaf mijn iPhone met Tapatalk

Worked on the tank, elastic and velcro and testfitted the chest- and backarmor. I am a bit stuck on the chest- and backarmor. I am in doubt if I need to trim the ends on the shoulders. I use a gap of 2" in my shouders . Any thoughts or advice? Thanks! Verzonden vanaf mijn iPhone met Tapatalk

thanks Stasz! I do have SC as well.. :-) I will look into it. i do have an idea as an alternative: I can create a bridge on the inside of the tank horizontally, this bridge will lay flat on the "hump" guide. Then I'll rivet the bridge and the " hump" guide together.. just an idea :-)

hi guys, I am researching for my next step: tank, tanktopper, chest and back armor I will attach the greeblie on the tank using a rivet + washer and some glue. The tank will be attached on the bottom using a rivet.. so far so good. I want to know if you can glue the tank on the backarmor and does anyone have pics of this.. I know I can create a bridge like pandatrooper and many others did, but still looking for alternatives thanks !

Mine took a little longer due to the big list of orders Spike had.. but it was still within the 5 weeks he promised me. shipping from australia to the netherlands took about a week. you can add the padding on the inside at your own preference, add the chinstrap and start wearing it ! an amazing piece!

I managed to get it off and reglued it correctly now

but I glued it on with the cut to the bottom since Pandatrooper had glued it as well that way .. now I see I has to be the other way around.. bit of a mixed signal when you follow pandatroopers tutorial as I may say.. does anyone know how to get the greeblie off the TD to reverse it?

Small update because of lack of time during the holidays : Sewed the velcro on the straps of the belt and drilled the holes, so I can attach them with rivets. Then adjust the 1,5" webbing at the right length and attach them with rivets to the 2" webbing.
