Thanks guys. Strapping was with the SC kit, but i can easily fix the sizing on those items you pointed out. Mud flap is easy enough to fix as well. Is there a good image or thread for the boot mod? I will look at the suggested mods as well. Lens on blaster just pops out, so that's easy.

Hardhat style liner works a treat & allows better airflow. I velcroed ( industrial strength ) mine, so it's a bit more flexible with fitting

I have a LW lid and can wear glasses comfortable. They are a spare pair I have and are small & tidy in style. You would probably need to have an opening faceplate. I was never able to wear glasses in my Sandtrooper lid, nor the royal guard or Snowtrooper. So I am glad I found something that worked. But as others have said, it probably depends on lid & head size.
