Over the past year i have been making the necessary mods and acquiring the parts needed for L2. My original 850 arms and legs have been replaced with Alain Rivards files the same as the rest of my armour. Alains helmet replaced with Nico Hendersons 3d printed files.
All replacements have been printed in carbon fibre pla and finished by me. Same process for all of it. Hand sanded raw prints , no filler. Then base coat brown, liquid mask fluid for chips, Sahara coats. Belt sanding and hand sanding, filing and 4 passes of dirt and aeging sprays.
The shins have about 25 magnets to connect the greaves to the clams along with the straps they are solid and can sprint in them with no issues...except I’m sprinting.

Thank you for your time and efforts in your consideration.

Rad, really nice work, your hard work and dedication is visible in the armor. After review, here’s what we got:

More pictures:
-We would like to see close up photos of the back box details.

Vanguard suggestions:
-Your shoulder bell should not slide underneath the foam.
-The ribbed area of the shirt should tuck completely into the bracer.
-The bottom of your visor could use a bit more weathering to match the rest of your armor.
-Your oiler pouch and shotty shells appear to be touching your belt (maybe lowering them or playing around with how you fit them could help)
-We recommend lowering your bicep armor a bit in order to cover the gap from your bicep to your bracer a bit better.
-Your back foam could use some adjustment, so that it does not “end” prematurely.
-As awesome as we think your E-22 weathering looks, we have not seen any screen used versions that show signs of heat burn and recommend this be changed.

You are close bro, looking forward to what you come up with!

Hi Team,
Thank you for your points.

I have redone my plastazote from my original half a square kilometre roll on the back armour and now goes down past the edge line.
Weathered the underneath of my helmet visor.
Repainted the blueing with Matt black, silver and raw umber and black acrylic dirt , same as the rest of the E22
My faulds were suffering with caseitis
Locked away for a year with kit on them has bent the back section and it’s floppy so I have reinforced with some of same tape Paul used on them and extended the Velcro tab that fixes onto spine plate and it’s got them sitting way better .
I will make new elastic and snap shoulder bridges as they are not right for my new bells and see how they hang when done before adjusting the bicep drop, but I think it need 15-20mm more drop anyway. Not quite touching the crease in my arm.
I have lined the bells at the top with 6mm foam to lift them slightly so that when the new bridge is made I will snap onto it higher and the 2 measures will hopefully make the bells sit better and not under the plastazote.
Waiting for snaps to arrive in post . Hopefully get some more pics up soon. bfc9d672d3ce60639595e6ef7e2205e4.jpg

Hey team, we are experiencing a heat wave ! 85 degrees, hell of a shock .
All on this morning, horrendous. Lasted 20 mins and boiling
Redone shoulder elastics and dropped the biceps . I think the bells and arms are sitting nicely now and the foam helps grip the shirt , all keeps the arms in line and sitting where they should. Gaps good distance.
I have looked at the faulds and where the shot shells and pouch are from screen grabs and mannequin shots. ( not well dressed )
I think they are in the correct place and think mine are comparable if not sitting slightly better.
I think I have addressed all your points team and made the necessary changes.
Many thanks guy’s for your continued consideration. 38cfeb90f2f29ca46d2f6fc74c6aba6f.jpg
