Anyone got a wiring diagram for setting up the speakers, microphones for hearing aid, and ventilation fans for the helmet? Would it fit in the Kashyyyk Scout Trooper helmet?

I recently recall that @Nathanzx10r put a system into his Biker Scout lid. Maybe check though his build thread here:

@Jakeputt or @ferra have you had any experience with a cooling rig in a Kashyyyk lid?

Hey dude I think the Kashyyyk has alot of room to work with for sound and ventilation especially when compared with a mando buy'ce(helmet) - mine is a blank from Lonewolf's and I have trouble getting my head in it tho once it's in it's confortable.

So far I don´t have ventilation in either helmet(although the mando could use some).

Both helmets use the same sound system with velcro:

Bluetooth headset(no wires is SUPER better): https://www.ebay.com/itm/164801196485?hash=item265eeab1c5:g:IawAAOSwmtJXW99C

Aker soundsystem: https://www.ebay.com/itm/363114975548?hash=item548b56d13c:g:HVwAAOSw04dfaWU6

Both are simple to setup and use really, and inexpensive which is a bonus, I´m sure lots of people are using similar setups.

Forgot to say that with the wireless setup you can have a free range of movement in your head without worrying with the wires and your sound system can be put in any of your pouches.

With the Aker comes a pretty good mic, but i think the wire is not as long as I wanted it to be and that caused me trouble, so I upgraded and never looked back.

It´s been too long since I trooped but I believe one charge on the headset was enough for a full day trooping, the Aker lasts longer than that by far.

I just have a two fan system mainly for the unfogging of my lenses. I am not familiar with the layout of the Kasyyyk lid, but with the scout lid and my fat head, I had to think out of the box.

What Bluetooth and wireless mic do you use? I’m in the market for a Bluetooth set up with my Ukswrath set up. I’d rather go with something that others say works well then roll the dice on Amazon with a random buy.

Edit: Your image of the Bluetooth wireless set didn’t show in my TT app until after I posted. I’ll check it out. Are you pleased with the mic?
