I believe WTF is working on something soft for the midsection. You may want to contact them Also @MrPoopiewas experimenting with 3d printing a flexible plastic for the midsection 1

If you're comfortable printing with TPU I created files for the Ab sections which will give you a bit more mobility. For an average sized person it takes about 2kg of TPU filament and a lot of patience as it prints pretty slowly. I'm pretty happy with the finished product though.
