Pretty sure this topic isn’t new, so here goes nothing.… Been on the search for this vintage bag. -Black -most likely leather -long shoulder straps (no buckles) -cylinder type looks to be about 8” round and about 16” long anyone have any info? i think I found one. Just need to confirm

It'll need some mods to the straps, since the screen used ones don't go all the way around the bag, but hopefully it'll look pretty close in the end. 1
Chopper Posted January 4, 2020 Posted January 4, 2020 Here are the ref photos I have: Bag is cylinder in shape. The material is shiny and black in color, but it's hard to tell if it's leather or nylon. The straps do not go all the way around the bag, only sewn onto the top quarters. Straps are made from webbing and have a tri-glide slider on each strap. 5 1

I searched vintage barrel bags over and over and found some like it,but I swore that there's a d ring on the straps. I assume there is? Or is it just me. I found one that was a Police issued bag with a d ring with in the strap,but I was told to give up because its was more than likely a UK made item and no one over there had ever found one.

Expand Interesting! I had it down to a barrel bag and a drum bag from that time era. Now I cant for the life of me find the bag. I had it booked marked I know for years. 1
