TK8271 Rogue Trooper
Go for a good walk You can shoe polish , black and brown to give you a bit off darkness , and wire wool for scuff marks. If you want Sand on them, get some PVA glue and sparingly put it in areas that Sand would be trapped, then put Sand on the areas and it will stick. Brickout
All I used was black and brown shoe polish and a wire brush. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
Splinelock
I just used sand colored pastels starting with black layering up and then 60 grit snadpaper to scratch them back down. Repeat
Maximus
Never thought to use shoe polish for weathering. Cool

AnSu
Your tips are great and especially so simple. I have done something difficult before I edit my shoes with sandpaper. But with a little patience the result is very good.
mooreada
I anticipate this to be to the most heart-wrenching part of the build. All the armor I have ordered comes in rough, but my brand new Orca's arrived last week and they look nice. I think i will have to wear them a few times before i give into weathering these. I bought a second pair as they are so comfortable and a good boot to wear!
