I'm looking into the source materials I can find for kashyyyk trooper gloves, I'm not sure why on the gloves you put the brown leather on the top portion of the gloves, I'm thinking that when I do my gloves I'll get an extra British camo bits and sew them into the same place with the greeblie sewn into that, would that be acceptable? I just can't see why to use brown leather its used no where else that I can find.

No, the British camo is not acceptable for the gauntlet.

It was agreed upon that the color for the gauntlet is brown. There is quite a bit of shadow play in the movie. Remember, we are dealing with a CGI character and not a tangible costume prop. "Canon" for any character from the movies.
