updated Made the bund flush to the pouches , attached velcro to the bund and flank vest to stop the bund falling down as well Added elastic on the inside of the right boot to stop the holster moving down or pulling
-
Cheers mate ,just ordered some sew hook and loop velcro as im going to use it 100% for the bund but also on the armour to the flightsuit as well.
-
Soft parts arrived ...so first time kitting up after assembling the holster and sewing the pouches on I think i will need to retake the photos , because of the biceps may need to face a bit more forward cheers guys Jordan

Update time Helmet kit received from RWA - just making sure everything looks good before making everything permanent Blaster - printed from 3d props on my resin printer Lowered the weathering on the chest and back as it was too much , looks a lot better
-
Armour is pretty much all done , just need to do the TD and the helmet ... currently sanding my EC -17 Chest Back Biceps Forearms Knees -Finally Riveted Belt Hopefully this weekend the TD tube will arrive a long with the helmet so i can crack on with that .. almost there Jordan
-
so ive pretty much finished the belt , i havent glued in the front yet. i just want to make sure if this looks okay before gluing the front in ? ive left about 2" from the holster to the belt . Still waiting on soft parts to arrive so it will fit a lot better once everything's together Left side Right side Front

Update Time -Rivet gun arrived so i started to attach the tank to the back armour. . -Connected both the chest and back piece together and attached the shoulders using zip ties Did a test fit on the armour and fits really nicely and everything not to tight or too loose.( Will upload a photo this weekend ) Biceps assembled Forearms Assembled Knees have also been assembled just need to add the second strap with the rivets then will upload it finished
-
Worked on a few more bits today as well .. pretty much ready to add the strapping on the armour and put it all together waiting for my rivet gun to arrive so i can attach the tank to the back, with Chefs tank detail it comes with a cast rivet .. i sanded mine down and tomorrow will drill a proper one with a washer and attach it all together. Painted the chest with Humbrol Gloss 5 and added the red stripe and white circle. Glued the top on and used magnets to hold it together while it cured.

quick question , what size rivets do i need for the armour ? is it 3ml ?
-
Thank you mate , appreciate the help Just trimmed out the shoulders , belt and drop boxes and cut the slot in as well following photos Shoulders Belt Front Inside Belt Drop boxes
-
Hey guys going to start work on the shoulders and possible the belt today Jordan
-
Back and chest Inside of the chest Chest Front back
-
Knees trimmed and slot cut
-
forearms trimmed and slots cut Does the return edge look okay on the top ? so does it need more trimming ? Slots cut
-
started work on the biceps, knees and forearms as well today , everything still has its protective layer so if the edges look rough , its only because of the plastic film not the actual armour itself.

trying to post other photos , but for some reason its not letting me , due to only 100kb max total size ?
