Hi all, Currently in the process of making a remnant Scout and was wanting to know if anyone has ever needed to lay down a base white coat before attempting to weather or if they were able to paint straight onto the plastic? I'm mainly looking at using acrylics to stipple with. I'm also curious if anyone ever needed to lay down a clear coat after weathering to hold the paint onto the plastic or if they've been doing okay without it. Thanks!
