  4. The buckles took a lot of work. I don’t have a belt sander so I used a dremel tool with a sanding bit and went to town cutting away excess rubber and making it concave to fit the curvature of the leg. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  6. The top of the shins were installed with rivets and a small wooden block glued to the back of the knee details. These were then attached with a screw. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Alright, leg day part two. I added a little scrap ABS to the bottom inside of the shin plate to give the glue something to bite to. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  14. Today is arm day. I chose to do the with the butt joint and internal cover strip method because overlapping was to narrow at the wrist. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Welcome to my WIP. I picked up this 850 v2 kit second hand. I started out by labeling all the parts to tell which was which. In doing so I discovered this is a squad leader kit and does not include hip armor or Pringle can parts. I will also have to acquire the correct belt boxes for a grunt.
