When I fly with armour or prop weapons I take a photo of myself in armour and print it on an A4 size sheet of paper with a description of what the armour is and for, I then place this on top of the armour so customs can see.

Ive been told the flight suit is too baggy and the straps need to be horizontal. I agree on the straps so will be looking into doing them tomorrow.

Thanks Peter. As you say its getting used to where everything goes, I am also going to add more velco to the flightsuit so I can keep the Bicep and knees in place.
