I used standard helmet padding inside mine, along with cooling fans and remote mic, its not pretty but does the trick.

The last pair look to be the closest but are the wrong material

As I said I'm not 100% on 12

If I recall 12 is all the way from front to back of the neck but I'm not 100% 13 is measure with your arm fully straight 13.1 measure with your arm slightly bent.

I used thin velcro, the trick is not to have the under boot strap too tight as it pulls on the front of the toe armour and causes it to lift.

Be mindful of how low your heel armour is, the actual heel of the boot should be seen.

I did the same, I dont like snaps as they are off or on velcro has leeway if bits of it come loose

Coming along nicely, keep an eye on the boot armour though try to prevent the gap between the toe and bridge sections.

I added some black mesh behind mine, it helps a little.

Cant wait to see one fully painted

I would love to see that helmet front on, I spent many a night talking to Mickey about what I would like to see. The biggest being they need to be wider at the base/tube area than current models. As for weathering i had to give mine a fair amount due to a repaired crack in the chest armour, I would say yours is fine, however I would suggest carrying on as you are and take photos when kitted up, if you then feel it needs to be heavier do it then, its always easier to add than remove.

Looking good, the collar appears not too high so you may be able to turn your head 😃

Thats one of the things that was not completely clear, I prefer vertical myself.

I would add a little Velcro in places, if the snap comes off its off, velcro allows that to happen and still hold the Armour in place until you sort the snap.
