Hi! The boots (as mentioned already) do seem to be English riding boots (motorcycle patrol boots?) but they look to be Spanish cut. Meaning the outer most part of the top of the boot is higher than the inner most part. The IOC CRL entry for Line Officer shows them nicely. Also, do we think the white part on the toes is an armor piece or the actual boot painted white? It seems so form fit to the boot that it would pop off when the wearer walked. Just a thought.
