  1. Hey everyone! I’m thinking of starting to weather my armor and soft parts. It’s been shiny for too long. I was curious what everyone else has used to weather their armor. I was thinking maybe using water downed acrylic and coating the armor in it and then wiping the excess off. Or using a rattle can at a good distance so it doesn’t go on to thick.
  2. Did you get it with or with out the foam? Those are nice cases!
  3. Thank you very much. I had one but couldn’t find it.
  4. Is there a template floating around for the bone shaped piece of vinyl for the boots?

  6. Here is some of the progress I’ve made. My new flight suit came in removed the pockets and added the collar. Suede came in and will be added in that soon as well as making it fit better. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  7. As I wait for more blades for my xacto to come in. I decided to put the material on the front of the boot. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. In the CRL it says pouches are attached to the hip plates it looks like they might actually be attached to the belt. Or it could jut be my imagination.
  9. I’m in!

  12. So the tape was a good idea but I decided to scrap that and go back to pencil. This is where I’m at with the cut lines one the one boot. Once again all input is welcomed from any lancer. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Got a little excited and couldn’t sleep. I decided to use duck tape to draw the lines on the boots as it was easier than using a pencil. I got one back side of a boot done before I had to go into work. Any input is welcome the nice thing with the tape I can peel and start over like it’s nothing. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Boots came today! Little nervous to start to cut into the soles of them. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Theses are the boots I ordered. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  16. During this quarantine after watching ROTJ multiple times I have decided to start my Lancer build. After finishing my first build and getting approval I have learned a lot. I have recently ordered my boots to begin with. I’m not sure how long this build will take, since I’m getting married and making other big financial moves this summer that will probably slow my build down. But I’m excited to start and want that Lancer status!
  17. Here’s my bucket bag I made since my bucket won’t fit in the bin the way I have everything organized. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Here’s a look at the inside of mine. I have my trading cards, gloves, balaclava, voice amp, and extra foam, and blaster in the removable organizer. I have a good number of my patch collection displayed on the lid. I have my helmet in a bag I made . Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. So us at Garrison Excelsior have started an ART Of about 6 of us. Do we need to do anything to have ours listed or anything we do have a tentative name. We are also working on a logo.

  21. Where did you get your vinyl? I made a set with some that I got from Joanne fabrics and it had like a felt on the back. That felt like material on the back made it a little difficult to glue. I’m getting ready to work on my boots for lancer!
