How is the positioning of the drop boxes looking? I forgot to add the parachute clips on the back strap so I'll fix that today. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

Got some weathering done today. I don't have access to an airbrush so it was hard to get the look I wanted, but I improvised and play around with different techniques and was able to get something close to what I was going for. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
Novus plastic polish is really good for scratches on plastic. It's what a lot of people use on various armor Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I feel like where they sit now I have pretty good flexibility and bringing them closer might mess with that, but I might adjust them a little. If it doesn't work I can als snip the zip ties and do it again Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

Do you guys thing the shoulder bells should be pulled in a little closer? Or is it pretty accurate where they sit? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

Chest back and shoulders are assembled. I really like the how the zip tie look came out, they sit flat and don't puff. Still working on the helmet, lense cut out needs to be cleaned up and got straighten some decals. Things are coming along! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

Like everyone else said, Jeff was always quick to answer my questions. I was quoted 4 weeks, but it took 7 weeks due to a plastic delay. He was very nice when I constantly pestered him about if it had been shipped out yet lol it's worth the wait Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

Ahhh that's a pretty unique way of doing it. I don't think I've seen that before in all the stuff I've read. I like that it's releasable. My way, I'd have to cut them off if I wanna change it lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

This isn't the greatest pic, but shows that zip ties lay pretty flat when everything is on, I'll probably tighten them so the shoulders are a little closer. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

I actually made my own pattern for them. Here's a picture with the all the dimensions. The front flap is two piece sewn together then flipped inside out, ironed flat and then sewn to the pouch. And here's how they look on the bund Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
I used a piece of styrene cut to shape and curved it slightly with a heat gone then put it inside the cod piece. Also make sure the strap isn't super tight on your cod. I'm still building my biker so I'm not an expert but I think it worked well for me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I decided to switch to off white pouches. Just sewed one of them and added some weathering, I like it much better than the white ones I did. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

Thanks man! Pouches are just pinned in place at the moment so I can easily move them over a bit when I sew them on. Once I get the right patch sewn on I'll take a picture with more light so they're more visible. As of right now they cover about half of my thigh and go down just under the knee armor.
