I got a room in the block, one if the hotels 2+ miles away from the convention. They activated the link about 10 min before they advertised it and those that tried on or just after 1:00 had slim pickings... Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

I used Devcon and it has worked out great so far. I still have to paint the helmet, but it was easy to work with and sanded down nice and smooth. It does stink though so make sure you work with it in a ventilated area. This is how it looked after curing and sanding:

Thanks again for the feedback. I did hem the sleeves but only a little last time. This time I have hemmed up the sleeves over an inch more. See pictures below: And here is a side-by-side-by-side with the image on the far right being the current state of the costume...
