Hi It's time for me to apply for Lancer status ! Ok, my little story... I received my SC kit in august 2016 and then, worked hard to build my costume too be most accurate as possible. For it, I followed the incredible topic of Pandatrooper too help me in my build !!! I got my standard approval last april (the first pics), and since, I trooped 3 times, and I maked minors ajustments : my drop boxes were a little bit too low, so I mounted these a little (you can see on my trooping pic), I maked a light weathering, and on my helmet, I removed trapezoide decals to painted it to have the good size and then, they were more realistic! So, I hope I have not forgotten anything... and hope my english is correct !... Here's my info and pictures, enjoy! Well... Sorry, I'm very late, so, here me comparison pic, I applied a self shine shoe cream on the soles (amber brown color) to give a punch. Now, I think the color is just perfect. And after, for the weathering, I took a walk in the forest, the nature did the job well!

Hi, I ordered a set of decals from Trooperbay too, and when I applied the "squared" emblem on the side of my helmet, I saw that it's not the same gray as the other decals, is this normal, acccurate ?

Hi Dart Ok guys, I think I found what I'm looking for! I bought a self shine shoe cream, amber brown color. I just want to give a punch to my sole who's a bit too light I think... I will teste it under the sole just to be sure. Hi, working on my belt now... I have a SC kit and I'm wondering for the hip boxes if I should trim the "return edge" on the top of the boxes or just left it and sanded the edge a little ? Thanks

Perfect, thanks. I heated with a heat gun at low until the plastic becomes "malleable/soft" slightly, and then, I pushed with an Addict A Ball (a kind of plastic puzzle ball) to shaped it, the ball has approximately a diameter of 7 inches, just perfect for the end cap

Hi, I painted my TD tube with a primer grey, just want to check with you guys if the color is ok for Lancer spec.? And, you can see on the picture that I heated and reformed my endcap to make it concave (it's not centered with the tube, it's not yet paste)

Hi, I have a question about the helmet decals. I see two kind of decals, so I would like to know which are the good one for Lancer spec. : - For the back "trapeze" : Should it be with black outline or not ? - "crescent moon" on nose : same question... black outline or not ? Thanks for your help !
