Can you still have velcro at the top of the pouch that attaches to the chest armor or does it have to be attached only to the bund?

Alright, here we go. After a long wait for the suit to arrive I finally am prepared to get started on my soft parts. Gloves, suit and balaclava are in. Armor, helmet and blaster are ordered, and I hope I can get started on my cumberbund soon.

Not a boot expert, but those soles are definately two-tone.

Picked up my gloves from the post office today. Went with large and they are snug, will probably remove the liner once I get started on my build.

Yeah, this is a bit more high end overall I guess. I'll look for something simliar, one advantage to this would be it breathes abit when wearing it. Collar clap closure? Enlighten me.

Hey guys, what do you think of this as a starting point for the suit? I assume the breast and backpockets will have to go. It's a work coverall, I can get it for about $70.

Hello everyone! A long time scout trooper fan, and a big fan of the 501st in general. Have been thinking about getting my own armor and trooping for a long time and I finally decided to get started. It will be a challenge because I have never really out together something like this, but you have to start somewhere. And what a time I picked, I'm getting married in 8 months and having a baby in 1. atleast I already have a Under Armour Balaclava, almost done!
