Sorry to keep posting on this. I've been having a discussion on Facebook with some of my friends and one posted this: "Black. The trick is it's a dye issue. There are red based blacks and green/blue based blacks. With bad concentrations of dye, with weathering, or with fading, red based blacks can appear brownish. With graytones, warm grays are brownish, cold grays are blueish."

So the question now is: if I go with the dark brown will it be approved since the CRL states differently?
