that helmet hasnt the recess for the buttons and vents/ears arent deep, look kinder of flush, this maybe a recast ?

this will be difficult to "bend or flair" as the plastic is formed in that shape, you maybe able to get some "flair" out to the side but slowly does it with a heat gun.
