What about those of us with larger heads? Does the studio creations or anyone else a good recommendation for creating a customized large helmet for people like me?

A friend of mine who was just accepted into the 501st was in the Jolly Rogers forum and had a mentor. Does the Biker Scout Forums have a mentor program?

Does anyone actually craft the armor shuch as the Shoulder/Upper Arm/Forearm? If so where can you find out how to do that? I am very lucky cause my brother in law is enrolled in the 501st as an officer and he is a fantastic sewer. Hook up with people who know how to do it. He is teaching me on how to do the flight suit and I am very proud of it!
