Also! Sorry for forgetting to post the access request! I moved over the weekend and had been moving while finishing the kit. 😅

Thank you! This is honestly my first other kit since I joined back in 2014 with my shadow stormtrooper. Been a long ride and I finally decided to finish my kit after 8 years of working on it. lol. I was one of the first people trying to pioneer the kit and got it before the movie came out. It was crazy fun too trying to figure everything out. I was asked why I had a certain tag on my undershirt too and it shows I was the 5th person to get the shirt from Jim back in the day. It is seriously one of my favorite kits. The weathering was a blast but made me super nervous because I was damaging something on purpose. Hope to track down some shore and mountain trooper swag at some point as our local(and only one in the legion) mountain trooper game me his spare helmet.

Approved and finally got out to troop for the first time! I felt like someone was watching me though.

Ok since I guess I have reached my photo limit, I am trying to post up through Imgur or something. Kind of crazy with the photo space of just a few pics. https://imgur.com/a/gIw3XUA

Sorry if all of this gets pic heavy but I have a reference album that I went off with about 1,500 pics in it. 😅

Ok…..after getting my kit back in 2016 and being one of the ogs trying to do research and such into this kit when it was going for Spec Ops, finally at the home stretch. I worked hard and followed any changes over the years and I am pleased to say I think it is there. Going to post up a few of the pics u have from the long journey. Bill was there with me since the beginning and I wish we could have trooped in these when they were finished but sadly life happens. below is me in front of my cardboard cut out trooper a friend got me

This is some of the hardest news I have ever heard since being a member of the 501st and a proud member of both Detachments. Jim is one of the most encouraging people I knew and this seriously breaks my heart. He was and always will be a huge inspiration to me. These are from his exact words: “You have been a big help over the years at Spec Ops. And you always show your SO pride. I admire that about you and I'm proud to be with you in Spec Ops.†When he told me this, I thought I could jump over the moon in my armor. He is one of the reasons I try to troop about 75 events a year and why I say Spec Ops or nothing. I am going to miss him so very much. He wanted me to finish my shoretrooper and join him over here in Pathfinders. He is and will always be such an amazing inspiration to me and others. I am happy that I was able to meet him in person. Both Detachments loose a great man, a great friend, and a great trooper. Buckets off for you Jim. TB/TX/TI/TK/IG 8455 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

So on that note, how long would approval take so that we can troop premiers? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Same here. It would be nice to have something to go off of before the premier. We have about 34 days to get these bad boys done and I was going to try for specialist level on mine. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I will have to agree with others postings, Spec Ops had a FULL CRL ready to go. I feel that they/we should have a combined CRL. Also I feel that a nod to the Spec Ops should be in order here. I feel that the title for the troupers should be SX if they are in fact going to be with pathfinders. Those that feel that they are still scouts just because of one snout greenly can keep the S and the nod to Spec Ops would be the X. It only seems fair. That and instead of having the highest level be lancer status, it could be specialist. Just a thought since so many people have worked hard over there. Myself included. The secret builds were a reference to the Facebook groups. Also, side note, I'm back. Lol. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
