Cool. Thanks for the heads up. I scoured as many threads as I could to get a shot like that.

I'm making a mold for my shoulders out of wood and I'm going off of Studio Creation's dimensions. One thing I don't have is a good view of the curve front to back (looking top down on the shoulders, or looking from the bottom up.) Could someone take a pic of their approved shoulders from either the top down, or bottom up, so I can get the right curve on my mold? I'm also going to look at using a piece of curved PVC (about 6" diameter) to create my mold instead of wood. I know I'd have to use some clay or something to make the sides straight, but if it gives me the right curve on the top, it may be worth it. Anyway, any help would be appreciated.

So I'm making all of my armor pieces from scratch, aside from the helm. I'd love to build a mold some day and make my own, but for now, I'm sticking with the Rubie's piece of garbage. Browsing the forums, I ran across the awesome tutorial: website.lineone.net/~hollis_wood/trooper/avatar/TB-RubiesMod.pdf But I'm curious if there's any other folks out there that can lend a word of wisdom to tackling this monster. Also, I'm contemplating using that helmet, once modded correctly, to actually make a new mold to vacuumform more. Does anyone have any experience doing this?
