Feel free to post. I'll edit the original post as needed.

Forearms and handplates look very much like a traditional TK, but there is more detail. The rogue one TK and the Shoretrooper share the same parts. The forearms have a raised ridge along the 'boxes'. As well as a very different looking cover strip. It's raised and beveled.

The Hip Armor Wraps around each leg, and connects to the back with a painted, flexible material like Rubber or Leather. There doesn't seem to be able visible connection point in the front. Just connects under the belt or ab plate. The small oiler pouch in the back seems to be connected to the soft material that attaches the hip armor to the belt/ab.

Shins consist of: 1: Traditional looking TK shins that overlap in the back 2: Shinguards on the front 3: "Straps" that wrap around the shin and are connected to buckle greeblies.

The Kama appears to be a heavily weathered black canvas material. Each "flap" is around 12-14" or larger. Here's pic of the back, and a pattern provided by Haui in the German Garrison.
-
The Neck Seal appears to be a rubbery type of material. Black in color. Apparently, the vertical ribs are part of a bib and aren't part of the shirt. Although, some people are making the neckseal/bib as part of the undershirt.
-
Also has a mesh material on the armpits.
-
The pants are a jodphur-style pant made from a brown duck cloth/canvas material. Here's a close up of the pants with a sample (off color) duck cloth.
-
The Ribbed Undersuit is a 'warm grey' (as described by the costume designer), and closely matches the color seen below. Ribs are roughly 1/8" wide.

Here's some reference pics to how we did it. It allows us to wash things separately if needed too.

The cummerbund I made my wife had enough extra that the top where I could add snaps. We actually snap it directly to the chest. We also snap the pouches to the chest as well. It seems to be working just fine.

56 weeks for me.

While I actually (finally) got my armor yesterday, I had already requested a refund. Cal said that they put the money to use immediately and can't refund the money. He mentioned that if you could find a buyer, you could sell your spot in line. Pretty much, the only way you'll get the money back is to dispute the charge from the Credit Card company. But since it would have been over 60 days, it makes CC disputes a bit of a pain. You should still be able to win the dispute, but it could take as much as 90 days to get the money credited back to your account. So, unless you just ordered within the last few months, you may be better just waiting. Otherwise, people should understand that MC is starting to get busier and busier, and the wait times will get longer and longer. His armor is great, and I'm glad I have it, but I'll recommend SC or TM over MC any day, just for the convenience.

Well, and don't allow other projects to put these on hold. That's my biggest concern. If their association with Anovos is holding up production of the kits that have already been paid for, that's not cool. And that's pretty much what Cal told me when inquiring about the delay. People shouldn't be forced to pay up front, then get bumped because of a more profitable arrangement came along.

May 19th, 2014. But I ordered a snowy. Not sure if the snowies and scouts use the same queue.
-
After some back and forth for a few days, I've been told that my order is just waiting on some screws to be delivered. Once they are, it'll be boxed, and shipped. I asked if they can just ship minus the screws. I'll update when I hear more.
-
I heard back today and found out I was #10 in the queue. Meaning they've only progressed 4 orders in 10 weeks. at that rate, it would still be 25 weeks before I saw my armor (an 80 week overall wait time). I've requested a refund. That's just ridiculous.
-
This thread inspired me to email MC again and check on my status in the Queue. The last time I checked, on April 13th, I was #14 in the queue. I assume I'm about #5 now, but I haven't heard back yet. It's been three days. I'm still assuming it'll be mid July when I get it.
-
I guess they just don't want to get a bad reputation for not meeting estimated delivery dates.

I've had a snowy on order for over a year (with the same 28-32 week wait time). I originally wanted it for Celebration, but I guess I'm lucky that I had to cancel my plans to go. I assume I'll be getting it sometime in mid-July now, which will have been about 60 weeks. Had I known it took that long, I would have ordered from TM. But I'm still looking forward to my MC when it finally arrives. I would recommend an SC kit if you're in a hurry. I ordered a TB from him last year and got it within 2-3 weeks. It was VERY fast. I'm not sure if he's always that fast, but I was impressed.

How do you stay cool (or at least not as hot as standing on the surface of the sun)? I would have that that wearing mostly cloth would be much cooler than a full ABS TK suit, but it seems I was wrong. What do you do to stay cool? I have thought about cutting out sections of the flightsuit (that are hidden by armor, the vest, or cummerbund) and replacing it with mesh or leaving the hole. I've also started playing around with the idea of pumping air into the suit via a fan and some well placed tubes. But those are far from operational. Fans in the helmet are a no-brainer, I just haven't installed them yet. How about a moisture wicking undersuit, like the TK undersuit? Would that help or just add more to the mix? So... .Ideas?

Looks like a lot of work! I'm about to start one of my own. Well, after all my armor is 100%. But when I do mine, I think I'm going to add the rounded pipe part on both the top and bottom. From the higher resolution screen grab below (clone holding it, I know, but it's the same model as the scout), it looks like there's a rounded bottom, as well as a round tip to the barrel. Adding the pipe to the top and bottom should make rounding off the square tube I have easier.

Nice. Makes a lot of sense. Have you added electronics to it? I missed it in the thread if you have. Just trying to wrap my head around everything in prep for my build.

Marcel, how did you attach the barrel to the body of the rifle?
