Had such great success with the blaster that I thought I would try my hand at some lightsabers. The results were outstanding! Picked up some Bondo spot putty to see if I can fill in the print lines.

It is very lightweight. The inside is made up of a honeycomb pattern so it is solid but light. About 3oz. Gladly. The model is located here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:42811 It prints great on my makerbot.

Hello all, While I wait for my armor to ship, I thought I would get going on my blaster build.Lucky for me I have access to a 3D printer. This is fresh off the printer, so I still need to do all the cleanup work on it.
