Okay. So regardless what you make the straps out of, they still need to be covered. Thanks.

If you go L2 for the shoulder straps "Shoulder bridge straps, attaching the front and back of the armor, are made of white cotton webbing. Not Nylon." ...do you still need the strap covered with a loop of white fabric?
