Howdy all. I see that right now Do3D is having a massive sale on their files and the Patrol Trooper is included in this. My question is, anyone have any experience (good? Bad? Ugly?) with them? Quick question here regarding the thigh patch. I see on the CRL that it says it’s supposed to come to just above the knee, however in photos (including the photo on the CRL) it looks like it goes down further than that. Am I reading the CRL wrong? Or was that part of the recent changes?

I did end up shaping it so that it would fit, however it looks like every other helmet I see the edge of the faceplate and visor are straight. Was I incorrect in shaping this? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I'm going out today to buy material to make my cummerbund and pouches (got a sweet coupon that expires today lol). On the CRL it just says that the cummerbund is a heavy cotton fabric and it doesn't say anything about the material for the pouches. Any advice on what material is best?
