I'm 5'5 and using Panda Troopers WIP thread. I have S.C. scout armor and so far it's looking great. The only thing I have to trim is the chest and back armor, and the biceps. Not sure if I'm of no help but these other scouts can help out more.

Ordered all my soft parts from cuc Monday. Boots from crow. Still need my gloves, helmet, blaster. Thanks to Panda for the build thread.. That's what got me motivated.
