I kept test fitting mine to see how much to trim. Seem to get a better fit that way but that's just how I did it. You want a tight fit but still functional.

Hi guys and gals, I may have missed this but who does chin cups for lancer helmets? I'm after 2, any help would be great. Cheers, Jason...

Received mine a couple of weeks ago and there are a couple of pull lines on the ears which seems to be the norm and a couple of bits need re-shaping with heat. Seems to me that most KS helmets are like that. I will just completely re-do mine with bondo, sand then paint for the best finish. Other than that, it still comes out looking nice from a distance and still worth the money in my opinion.

Here is the latest step done... Had to fill in the gap between the laces before covering the toe so it wouldn't sink with heat and stretching!!!

Don't think my head is that big but will see how my build goes!!! LOL... I've ordered a KS, so will see how that goes while still on the lookout for an Altmans... If I need to upgrade or need something smaller I will look into a MLC down the track. Now it's just the waiting game for a while!!!

Thanks guys, they are fairly easy to cut. For those thinking about them, the logo on the back of the sole came off easy with running a knive flush with the sole and the same for the logo on the bottom. Will post more pics when I start wrapping the top as there is a bit of work there to hide the lace holes and the gap. Cheers everyone

1 boot done cutting the soles. Still need to tidy them up but hope these will pass for Lancer... Just added some final pics of the boots finished apart from clean up and holster on page 2 for those that were interested how these boots look Cheers guys, thanks for watching.

Ok guys and girls... I'm looking into which bucket to get and wanted to know your opinions, experiences, thoughts... Been in touch with Lonewolf and he said he isn't doing any kits yet (maybe later this year), been told Moncal look awesome but are very heavy due to being resin. Haven't heard much about the others so any info would be great... I'm waiting on my Moncal armor if that helps with which bucket suits this armor better??? Cheers, Jason...

Just a question, I e-mailed Christian about the suit with a standard flightsuit upper with no built in vest and he said no problem The question I have is he uses faux seude but if I correct, for Lancer you need real seude. Is this correct??? If so, I might see if he can do it with real seude to save some headaches later...

Hi all, Just wondering if anyone has used the Lugz boots for thier base boot??? If so, how did you remove the back tag on the sole and is it neccessary to remove the tag from the bottom of the sole for Lancer status???
