I don't think that will have the horizontal lines from the reference pics. I'm at store, I will post the pic I'm using when I get home.

its pretty thin corduroy so im looking for something to sew it to to give it a little more thickness.

I am considering options for my gloves, buy complete, buy greebs( anyone out there making them?), or making myself completely.

Glad i read this thread guys. i was planning to use my army issue boots with some dremel work on the arch. i must have overlooked the difference. looks like VERY weathered white boots with tan soles. maybe paint tan boots white and weather them with some dark grey misting would do the trick. i will test this when i can get another pair of boots to play with. as for the gloves, if i may share my opinion, i think the cuff looks fine but the pads on the back of the hand look too shiney to me. might just be the flash but it looks like the leather is pulled too tight over the padding. please take my opinions for what they are, i have not yet started and i am in research mode seeing what has been done and not started my build yet.

are the pads on the back of the hand as close to "white: as they look in the pic or is that the flash washing the color out?

im searching online, any US sources out there. editwould these 50/50 take dye well?

would it be possible to add a picture of the zipper and velcro connection without it being on a person. and have the belt attached as well. im saving up for my armor and going to start on the cummer in the meantime. Or a link to a spot that has this would help as well. thank you.
