You are absolutly right. But in my defence, I did not know about this board (the mighty BSN) before I got the helmet. Sorry.

I could'nt agree more. It was my mistake to rush in on what I thought was a good deal. I do have to admit tho the outside looks good, I just have to fix the inside.

and how do I reinforce the helmet without deforming it?

I need help, I got a B.A.R.C. Trooper helmet only to find out it's thin fiberglass. I paid $XX.XX for it, I got it from SF,and it looks good from the outside, so I'll keep it and try to build it up from the inside. My question is what is the best way to do this, everything I have looked at looks like it will deform the helmet when I try. I'll post photos soon.
