  1. i second that! I have no probelm pulling some hair out for the sake of having a bucket this accurate and being assembled the same as the screen used ones. In my opinion, this is a masterpiece!
  2. The screen used stuff, as far as i know, is cotton duck canvas. You can get it in a variety of weights and colors. So you should have no problem finding the right stuff. You can use a slightly heavier one for the pouches in an off white color . Use white for the cummerbund itself. Cotton duck is pretty sturdy and i think it will give you what your after.
  3. He is not bad. Like was mentioned, some of his stuff needs work, but overall i have had zero problems with him. He is actually my supplier for Vader tusks and Lenses, he has given me free gifts and always answered e-mails within a few days. I actully gave him the reference for his ANH/ESB Vader tusks. Before that he only sold the ROTJ/ROTS As far as biker decals, id go with MC's. But Fenix props isnt bad overall and is willing to work with you if you see room for improvement.
  4. That brooklyn comment cracked me up Tom! LOL! Yea ive cut/stabbed myself a few times in my almost 3yrs in this hobby...comes with the territory i suppose..lol. Its all worth it though Tom....all worth it...lol Facechubb...the boots look great! I really need to get started on mine. My old ones looked good, but a little rough on the sole cuts. Hopefully round 2 will be neater!
  5. Agreed! Allmy new scout softparts are from LSFU...excellent work! I highly recommend her for any soft parts for any costume! All my Fett soft parts are from her as well. Top notch stuff!
  6. HOLY COW!!! That looks AWESOME! Once your completely happy with this, I am in for one...possibly 2 since the fiance is building a Scout as well! I knowit was mentioned before, but FINALLY someone who got the forehead right! I have an MLC3 on order with my MC armor, and i love the MLC3, but something more accurate, and Vac-formed i am ALL FOR! EXCELLENT work brother!!! I am SO in for this!!
  7. yea, i agree. I had Mic tip speakers in my TK for a little bit. it was cool, but at cons, no one could hear me. I ended up with the Aker amp as well. it is much louder and clearer. the "contained" systems just arent loud enough. None of the setups and experiments i tried worked out for the small size speakers to make them loud enough.
  8. i agree with witness 110%! I recommend MC or SC armor, KS or MLC helmet, and LSFU soft parts, but thats just me =) Bluecyclone is def your man, he will get you headed in the right direction!
  9. Hey Mike, First off welcome to the BSN! You may want to introduce yourself in the appropriate thread so people get to know you first. As for where to get your scout stuff. You may want to do a little research here on the boards. There are a few different maker with different levels of accuracy and pricing. You need to find whats right for you in terms of look and price. Your in the right place, but need to do some legwork on your own. Im sure with some browsing you will find what your looking for.
