I've been recouping from SDCC and work. You will need to change your pouches and straps to white if you plan on staying "clean". -

TB-7021 requesting Lancer deployment

First off, you will need to change your straps or pouches so they are uniform and match with each other. I see that you are going "dirty", so you will either need to change the pouches to white and dirty them up, or change your straps to off-white to match the pouches. Personally, I would change the pouches to white and dirty them up, because it's easier than redoing the straps and it will look more accurate. -

Ok, the screws need to be changed. Like I mentioned before, the silver screw should be replaced with either a rivet head with washer or a small flat head nail with washer. The white screw will need to be removed and the spot covered up some how. -

Great job on the straps, very timely. As for the screws, I personally say yes they need to be changed, but I am waiting to hear from Jay and Bob regarding it. Stay tuned. -

We will review and get back with you soon. 1) What are those on the back of your knee armor straps, snaps? 2) The large white screw on the top of your tank should not be there. 3) The small silver piece on the tank topper should actually be a rivet head with a washer, not a screw. -

James, your gear is looking great! Only one issue that we see. The straps and pouches need to be the same color as the cummerbund, all the soft gear needs to be the same color. If you plan on remaining a "clean" scout, you will need to change the pouches and straps to white. If you are planning on being a "dirty" scout, than you can just dirty/weather the rest of the gear so it looks uniform. Rule of thumb, and this is for everyone, there were no beige pouches or straps in ROTJ, just dirty white ones. Other than that you are good to go!

Very nice! We will get back to you shortly.

I wasn't being negative, just adding info, correct info.

I have both Altmanns and KS, and both are about the same in size. Also, as far as it being the "lightest", remember the Altmanns is made of ABS and is very light as well.
