I have seen this suit and helmet in person, awesome stuff. You won't be disappointed, Tim and Susie make great gear!

Congrats! I'd definitely leave it the way it is. The only thing I've added to mine is the padding and fan system, which are easily removed. It really is an awesome helmet.

David, to answer your question, pauldrons do not belong on Scouts. The picture you posted is not a pauldron, like the TD's wear, but more of a Brassard as worn in the military. Either way, these types of "add-ons" are usually ok for non-formal events or Cons, but not at official events.

Everything needs to be present, but also accurate. Contact MonCal or Mr. Bojangles for accurate greeblies.

The three square greeblies need to be replaced with more accurate ones.

There is still a flare to your vest sleeves. Those need to come in a little more. And I agree, the pouches are too beige, even in this pic with the flash from the camera, they still look too dark:

We will review and get back to you. The pouches need to be brought up more. The top of the pouch should be below the bottom of the chest armor. Also the pouches need to be switched around.

Sorry dude, but no. His armor is very inaccurate. Nothing personal towards you, or him for that matter. If it's bad, it's bad. There's no point in sugercoating it.

Aker for sure! I use the strap/harness it comes with around my chest and run my mic wire down my suit. Works great!

Yes it is. As long as it's not nylon. It should be a cotton type material.
