Would these work for a base boot?

I came across these at Payless for $39.99. I was there to buy shoes for my daughter and had a 20% off entire purchase coupon from the Entertainment book, so I went ahead and bought these at the same time. I figured I can return them if you think they are not suitable.

Looks like a great base boot and a sweet price!

can't see any real fault with them.

 

You may want to be mindful of the two-tone seam on the sole. It's not as pronounced as some, but you can still just see that tiny little line around the top.
