Just ordered the armor, helmet, and cummerbund/pouches from MonCal. I'm excited to get it but it will be November before it comes in. I've waited a year to give them my money, I can wait a few months to have them make it for me.

November if you're lucky. My friend's wife ordered her MC armor back in Jan and still hasn't gotten it yet. But like Jim said, worth the wait. I would have gone MC, but I was too impatient lol.

I knew it was a wait to get it, but the interactions I've had through email and pm's have all been positive. They said up front that it would take 14-16 weeks possibly more dependent on supply, etc. I'm just thrilled that I've made the steps to make this happen. I'm hoping by Christmas...

According to MC they have some extra help in these days. So hopefully we will all get happy well before Christmas

I've also ordered mine right before Christmas... 10-12 weeks they said, originally... Still waiting..

 

At least it will be worth the wait, but I would kinda like to have it now, if you know what I mean ..

After 8 month wait, mine finally arrived and yes it is worth the wait Really want a helmet too but don't want to wait that long again.

I just want my complete biker scout armor so I can walk around with my now 96% finished R2-D2 and be in costume myself...

When did you order your armor, if I may ask? =) ... 8 months.. I should be getting mine soon as well then...

I did order the helmet.. the nice, glassfiber helmet =)

Yeah, in January. I too have an R2 but don't operate him in costume as it takes away from the character.
