I'm also interested in this. I bought a fiberglass helmet and am happy with most of it, but it'll need new nose greeble. I have a friend scratch-building his helmet from a pepakura file, so he'll need one too. I was thinking of buying the model kit (around $100 on ebay) and making myself a mold to supply these.
