BananoPower22
Hey guys, my 3m bolt covers got here today and before I start painting them I want to assemble them.. but I don't know exactly how.. Here's the bolt. At the end of it is a nut And here's the hole I made on the helmet so I could hold the front plate and back plate together But there's a problem... the bolt fits just fine, but the nut at the end makes it impossible to fit and the nut is almost the size as the area itself... w/o flash Should I cut the hole up a bit more wide so that the nut can go through or do I trim of the nut? Jasmine33
I had to cut the hole so that the 3m bolt sat flat in the hole

Boba Leo
Juan, Why to paint the inside of the helmet?, At the request of lancer says: Black material to be added inside to create depth. These photos are from the original helmet. look carefully at both sides, you can see that there are black material. I hope this help you Juan Abrazo grande, Leo
BananoPower22
Awesome, so ill just take a black tshirt and cut and glue it to the inside. Much better! I was kind of bummed since I thought I had to paint the inside... Jason David Frank ( Tommy from the original power rangers) is stopping by this may and I was hoping that he'd sign the inside of my bucket... Lol

Jason David Frank ( Tommy from the original power rangers) is stopping by this may and I was hoping that he'd sign the inside of my bucket... Lol Heh. I've had some awesome people sign the inside of my TK bucket: Weird Al, Lance Henricksen, Peter Sumner... I've been told by people in my garrison that painting the inside of a bucket makes it easier to see because it reduces the amount of reflection from whatever light does reach inside. This is why painting the inside was the first thing I did... and the easiest.
