4505Marcel Posted January 13, 2012 Posted January 13, 2012 Soles are a little dark and you would need to hide the stitching with weathering, but there better than some ive seen Quote
bjsavage7 Posted January 13, 2012 Posted January 13, 2012 That's the kind I have. They are comfortable, and work nicely for basic acceptance. Although, if you want to go Lancer, after carving in the approximate design into the soles, you'll have to get rid of the stitching and two-tone color as well. It can be done though. Quote
mxpxrobbie Posted January 14, 2012 Author Posted January 14, 2012 Thanks gentlemen. I'm still looking out and about for other choices. Quote
mxpxrobbie Posted January 16, 2012 Author Posted January 16, 2012 OK, which of these two? I found them at Wal-mart. The ones on the left are called Wes, and the ones on the right are called Wheat something lol I'm leaning toward the Wes ones. The sole seems to be more close in color, and there is no stitching. bjsavage7 Posted January 16, 2012 Posted January 16, 2012 The Wes boots look better. The soles are one color & there's no string to get rid of. Quote
batninja Posted January 16, 2012 Posted January 16, 2012 I agree - I'd go with the Wes. I'll have to check out a couple Wal-Marts in my area to see if they have that style. Quote
mxpxrobbie Posted January 16, 2012 Author Posted January 16, 2012 They're like $23 here in Nashville. Quote
