Darth Voorhees Posted October 19, 2011 Posted October 19, 2011 Ok..im probably gonna feel dumb when i get the answer for this...but is there any special way to install these? or is it just cut a square hole in the visor half and drill a hole in the helmet and connect em?

TB-4813 Posted October 20, 2011 Posted October 20, 2011 Just be careful not to grind it too thin. I just did that and now I have to get the putty out and strengthen it up a bit.
Dart Posted October 20, 2011 Posted October 20, 2011 What you said in your first post was dead on. Just using the plastic bolts works fine. I've never had any major issue with my KS. Occasionally, I think to tighten them up but that's about it.
