Very very awesome job on the helmet Hrvoje! one thing John told me ages ago when he first started vac-forming is to get an even heat this will help with fitting the lense, when you get another put it in the oven for a shot time and then lay it on something with the same curved angle as the face plate this will help

I used a football helmet sunshades for one of my helmets. It works great and it's naturally flexible...
