Just do a rough cut of the fingers and then buy a skeleton/zombie hand glove from Party City or the like and wear it under you scout glove so it shows through. The more subtle damage you can do the better it will look. I love it so far and can't wait to see it when you're finished. Maybe we can all see it in person at C6!
