Scarcasm
Hi I was lucky enough to get a box of armour from a fellow Scout from the UK G cheap as chip's. It's the MG kit & while it will need a fair bit of tlc to get it ready to pass muster, i'm confident it can be done. I started removing old rivet's & knackered strapping today. Pretty much the entire kit looks like Tim Burton's version of biker armour & will need a lot of reshaping. Top priority is to remold the Chest armour as it's bent right over - First cut on Knee pad also done Is it just me or is the MG kit HUGE ? I'm not complaining as I'm not exactly a small guy, but the Knee pad's seem massive & the Shoulder bell's are vast. Was it meant for the bigger guy or a sloppy cast? Has an MG mold ever passed muster for Lancer? Early doors I know but the plan is to be ready for MCM Expo at London in Oct. Being a shift worker I get plenty of time to craft Natural cotton strapping arrived today + Bund currently being made. The wealth of knowledge on here has made this possible for me as well as the stellar support from the UkG, thanks folks.

LOL Yes, if you work at it and love it veeerrrry much, you can join me in the Lancer ranks as having MG armor However, the arms/tbits are NOT Lancer, so you have to get those elsewhere...same with boot holster. Good luck!
