Grantd1*
Howdy Is there a specific way to keep the visor propped up at refreshment time? I'm still a bit precious about my MLC and don't ant to screw it too tight as it might damage the build - would a rubber washer help?

CCBacara
So...you took a mouse pad and cut "washers" out of it and you use it to hold your helmet up?
Cyber Scout
Yes and it dosen't scratch the helmet

Acrylikhan
I think the washer is sandwiched between the bucket and the visor, with the bolt holding everything together. The rubbery washer gives a little extra friction to defy gravity, and stay up. I would think it would help keeping the bucket closed too. Sounds like a good trick! That's pretty much what I was thinking. For those of you out there with an MLC helmet are you able to get the visor all the way up? Is it even supposed to go all the way up? Mine only goes up about 45 degrees before it starts scraping and looking like it'll do damage.
