Greetings BSN,

I'm currently working on a Biker Scout costume for Halloween, and will be making the majority of it myself.

The first part of my project will be the helmet, and I'll be using Pepakura to build it. I acquired a 3d model from Nintendude/Vagabond, and with his permission began to heavily modify it to resemble the real thing more closely.

 

Since this is a budget Halloween build, I'm not looking for 100% accuracy, close-enough is good for me with this one. Hopefully in the future I'll be able to make or acquire a really nice suit, but for now this'll do. Critique is welcome, I'll be tweaking this for a bit longer before I start to build it.

 

The files will be released after I build each of them. Here's how the helmet's looking now:

I'd lengthen the snout upwards. Too much of a gap between the top of the snout and the bottom of the lens. Also, the top of the helmet is fairly flat with just a curved edge as you've already shown.
