The vest sleeves need to be tacked in closer to the arm at the bottom. You need to tighten up the botton of the vest sleeve to achieve this. Biker Scouts don't have wings :)

would elastic band work on the bells to bring that in? or possibly some velcro between vest and suit?

Yes, I have seen elastic straps on bells around armms work and it is acceptable.

If you made the vest arm opening smaller, it would pull the bottom of the bell in instead of flaring out. It needs to be tighter at the bottom of the sleeve.

The bells still look a touch flared to me, put some 25mm elastic around the bottom of both bells and your arms to pull them in nice and tight to your arm, which will pull them more into line with the rest of your arm armour.

i tried some thinner elastic lastnight, about 3/4 inch. it sorta worked. i will try the thicker stuff today for giggles. i can always heat it up and give it a slight bend. :-)

Right your pretty much there, something has been brought up and that is the weight of the blaster pulling down your right boot.

Now it does look like you have quite skinny calfs, so you have a fair bit of slack in the boot tops. This slack couldnt be taken up by Witness as you will then loose the shape of the boot making them un acceptable, so your stuck with that, but you could try velcro'ing the boot to your flight suit to support or add something to the inside of the boots bro, its no big deal just a tweak.

It could even be the way youve attached the holster pulling it a little?

I thought I mentioned this in your build thread?

Get this done and submit a new picture, front on of you in kit, and your good to go mate I recon.

here is what i have, since the first submission for pathfinder. its a velcro elastic strap the goes around my calf, then i have a big velcro square that hook so the inside of my boot. it works well.

I wonder if the elastic strap is what is causing your flight suit to be so tight around your leg, making the boot on the right hand side to look loose at the top as the left leg doesnt?

Did you try just sewing a square of velcro direct to your flight suit to hold the boot up?

that was my thought as well. im going to try just the square (wont attach bands) here at lunch when the wife gets home so she can get some pictures. any others then just a full front?

Im happy ;)

Im also thinking it could be the holster pulling it a little, if you look in the last pic you can see the crease in the boot starts at the bottom corner of the holster, ok as is but if you want perfect if the holster could be heated up to make it more curved to match your leg would sort it right out I think.

But Im happy to go ahead as is as its more of less sorted, in any case there will always be a certain amount of creases, that is just the nature of the boots.

Good work mate, you have a nice looking scout.
